Shipping & Delivery



All deliveries have tracking numbers.


All currencies are converted to Australian dollar (AUD) at the latest exchange upon checkout.


We guarantee your ordered product(s) will arrive at your place within 3 weeks under our Buyer Protection policy, otherwise you will get a full refund. We do not offer refunds once your ordered products are in transit as they are already sent. Factors such as natural disasters, holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, etc.) and customs clearance may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary.


Please allow extra time for the delivery around special holidays.


In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is highly appreciated. We keep working hard in an attempt to shorten our shipping times while keeping the same low prices in order to improve our customer satisfaction. Please do not order if you want the item earlier than expected delivery date as we have no control over deliverers.




Processing international orders takes 1 – 3 days BEFORE shipment.


Shipping fee is based on weight. Therefore, the more items you order, the lower the shipping fee is.


Hannahpumpkin uses Australia Post (AP) to ship our products internationally. The shipping fee is what AP charges (based on the weight of ordered items and destination) plus handling fee, excluding customs duties/tax.


Some oversea orders may incur a customs duty/tax fee which is payable by the receiver, depending on the destination.


We cannot mark international orders as gifts or presents or lower the value of the orders for the purpose of bypassing or reducing any customs fees.


The shipping time is detailed as per below:

  • Within Australia: 1 – 6 working days
  • International delivery: 1 – 3 weeks
    • Standard: 6+ business days
    • Express: 2 – 4+ business days


The delivery times are estimated between metro areas of major cities, excluding any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control.




As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as the payment is processed successfully, we will dispatch and ship the ordered items to you immediately.




If your ordered items are available in stock, they will be shipped out to your given address within 1 – 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you a tracking number within 24 hours, from the time your ordered items are dispatched, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please note that it might take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be in effect due to delays on transit between countries. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 – 10 business days of your order, please feel free to contact us.
