RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase via support@hannahpumpkin.com with a valid reason for return. As soon as we receive the returned items, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. We guarantee to refund your payment if

  • You didn’t receive your product.
  • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
  • Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
  • Your item is returned due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included)
